One of the worst mechanic shops ever!!! I had a Toyota Tacoma 2004 that needed a ball joint replaced had my passenger side previously done by another mechanic shop there they were really nice in and out only 2 hours and only had to pay $250 not the same Masons it took all day it cost over $600 and when I asked for an invoice the lady wanted to give me an attitude and try and point out things that they didn't charge which I didn't need to be charged for and totally avoided a question I had her as to why it costs so much All the answer was $400 in labor and $200 for the parts and everything else. Not a mechanic shop but a full-on rip off with poor quality attitudes
I recently had my vehicle serviced by Mason’s Automotive. I had been dealing with an electrical issue that was causing my battery to die within a few days.. there were a few issues that other garages just couldn’t find and it was becoming costly replacing batteries as well as stressful! My vehicle has aftermarket wiring due to a wheel chairlift being added which made it more difficult for a mechanic to trace the problem. He also installed a remote starter for me as well.. Brian was very conscientious and kept me informed throughout the entire repair.. he was very patient and explained things to me as well and took the time to ensure that I understood everything, I was extremely grateful and happy with the outcome and all of the work performed by Brian and was always treated well by everyone! I would recommend this garage to everyone who needs service on their vehicles! I am a Veteran and they also recognized me for my service as well 🇺🇸
Had some wiring repaired on my Toyota Tundra for a very reasonable price. Everything works just as it did before my dog chewed the wires. I’m quite sure the Toyota dealership would have charged me at least twice a much and likely three times as much! I recommend Mason’s to everyone.
This is the third car my family has had serviced at Mason's and I couldn't be happier! In every case we were treated fairly, and the work was done quickly and correctly. We were also advised whenever repairs weren't actually needed which saved us money. I highly recommend Mason's for any auto repair needs.
My last repair was a starter replacement, they found the problem quickly and fix the car after we agreed on a price. I still have an oil leak on my car, and I intend to have Mason's fix it, I trust them to treat me right.
