I was greeted on time for my appointment and received a quick inspection, air check, and two new tires. Many thanks to Sanjaya & the hardworking crew at this location! Even on a busy day, Sanjaya took time to ensure that my car was safely equipped for a long drive. The store was also kept clean, making it a positive experience overall. I recommend signing up for SMS updates when checking in so you can see updates on your vehicle service through their mobile journey tracker!
Went in today to get my tires replaced. Brandon at the front desk was very professional and nice. Quickly showed me the options for my tire replacements. And within the hour I had 4 new shiny tires ready to hit the road. Great experience.
Great service by the Ormond Beach, Florida store. They were very busy but took care of us very efficiently. The employees all seem very professional and hard-working. We have done business at Discount Tire for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
