I have been a long time customer of Jerry Brittingham A/C & Heat. I appreciate their customer service, skill and courteous technicians. Their office staff is kind and professional too. This week, Joel reviewed my unit as part of my yearly unit check up. He was prompt, clearly communicated the purpose of his visit, and provided a great customer experience. I appreciate the pics and reports related to my unit. Keep up the good work!
I can’t say enough about the incredible customer service and integrity of this company. When our AC system stopped working, they went above and beyond to make things right, even coming out on their off time to diagnose and fix the problem. Any equipment can have unexpected issues, but what really sets this company apart is how they handle them. They handled the situation, got our air running again, and proved they genuinely care about their customers. We have been using Jerry Brittingham since we bought our condo in Ponce almost 4 years ago. We have always had excellent experience with them. Today our Service Tech was Joel Carbajal Joel was professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. He was here today for our maintenance service. He quickly diagnosed the issue we had with the iFlo and found where mold was growing in our unit. He provided a clear, fair estimate and a lot of pictures. Rochelle completed my A/C maintenance service today, and I was very impressed with her professionalism. She was polite, conscientious, and extremely thorough in her work. At the end of the service, she carefully reviewed everything she had done, explained the condition of my A/C units, and offered helpful suggestions for any future maintenance that may be needed. She also emailed me pictures of the units and their parts, which I greatly appreciated. Jerry Brittingham consistently sends excellent technicians, and their follow-up is always thorough and reliable. I highly recommend their service.
Joel and Ted technicians at Jerry Brittingham AC were super personable, and very efficient with my 6 month service. Everything I wanted checked out on my roof was sent to me in photos. A bonus for me is that they also managed to undo a glitch in my programmable thermostat, that I had been trying to figure out for 2 years! Very happy with the service they provided.
