I've had a residential maintenance agreement with Flair for years so I called to address an issue I was having with my heating. I am happy to say it was a very good experience. My technician was Drew and he was remarkable. He was on time, neat, respectful and courteous. He took the time to actually hear my concern and was therefore able to determine the exact cause of my dilemma. After offering a few options, we agreed on a course of action and he went to work. Drew went above and beyond to get my unit functioning properly again. I cannot say enough good things about him. Drew, thank you so much.
The whole process of updating my HVAC with Flair was flawless from the start. After calling the office for information I received a call back from the sales rep (Jody) who stopped out the next day to explain options. He made it easy to select the best option for us. It was installed a week later by technicians Walton and Nick. The inspector came today and said they did a great job. I highly recommend Flair Air.

I just had the pleasure of having Flair Air Conditioning at my home to install a new high-efficiency air conditioner. The two gentlemen that were at my home was Walton and Nick they were very professional, Friendly very neat and clean and Extremely confident in what they were doing.
