Re-connect kitchen sink

We had Matt come out and re-hookup our kitchen sink and disposal after getting new granite countertops! Matt was very hardworking he got right to the job. And was excellent would highly recommend Lou’s plumbing. Thank you Matt

I would highly recommend Lou’s Plumbing. We had Erin here the other day to replace the fixtures in the tub and shower then I added two sinks then I added the kitchen sink. They were very agreeable he showed up on time. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely will be sticking with Lou’s Plumbing in the future.
I'm writing this review on behalf of my neighbor. She is an elderly woman living by herself. She had a leak in her wall and called Lou's. They came out, were there 5 minutes, charged her $165 and told her the leak was from rain coming in around the garage door because the meter wasn't moving. She told the technician that water was pooling up on the floor even when it hadn't rained. Not knowing where to turn, she asked me if I would look at it. As soon as she turned on the water, I could see water seeping out of the wall. It took me about 10 minutes to cut a hole in the drywall and find it. I called Lou's on her behalf and asked if they would come back out since I found the leak and apply the charge from the first visit to repairing the leak. She instantly got rude with me and told me they would call the homeowner directly. Apparently, they told her that she should have called a leak finder company and not call a plumber to find a leak? Anyway, the homeowner called B-Mac and Sons and they came out quickly and fixed the leak at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend B-Mac and sons, they are fair and honest unlike Lou's.
I contacted Lou's Plumbing for a second opinion on a Quote I received from Mr. Rooter earlier this month. The woman who I spoke to on the phone was super awesome and told me that they had a plumber that specialized in Gerber repair, Thankfully that was what the shower handles were, I believe his name was Matt. She gave me a quote for that repair (which Mr. Rooter wanted $1200) and to change the shut off valve under the kitchen sink (Mr. Rooter $200+). Matt was able to rebuild the shower and do the shut off valve for a third of that. He was fast, clean, very patient and respectful of everything else going on that day. He was one of three different contractors we had that day. I could not be happier with the service and the price. Thank you Matt and everyone else at Lou's for caring about your customers.
No words can truly express our gratitude to Sam at Lou's plumbing, he was on-time, respectful, patient, kind and knowledgeable, he explained everything in detail without rushing. His skills were impressive and we felt the price was an excellent value for the quality of work. We are fairly new to the area, didn't know any plumbers and were pleasantly pleased by this experience. We highly recommend this company and are grateful for such exemplary service.
