Office called me back in a timely fashion and was very courteous and professional. I had already called someone that was able to come out. They were happy I was able to get someone today. Thank you for your professionalism.
Schedule a septic pump out service for today 5/21/25, on Monday 5/19/25. The lady confirmed my address, date and time. I left work early in order to be home for the service time of 3:30 pm. I was waiting, no call/no show. I called Herbert Weems business and the lady looked and saw my ticket and said I don't think he'll make it today, but I'll call the driver and check. She called me back to say, he won't make it- he had two emergency service today. Sooooo, What is the purpose of scheduling an appt??? She stated he'll be there tomorrow, with no consideration of my time waiting today! You can't just assume tomorrow is good, since you do not know my schedule. I let her know that tomorrow didn't work for me. No regard, consideration, or apology for them not keeping a scheduled appointment and my time loss from work. The woman said well I'm canceling you now. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!! HERBERT WEEMS DO BETTER!! WASTED MY TIME!! 😡ðŸ˜
Suppose to be here from 10:00 - 2:00 on May 29th. Did not arrive till 4:00 and left at 5:00 without finishing the job because he did not bring a long enough snake. Next day May 30th we had an appointment at 9:30 AM and they called to tell us they would be later about 12:30 - 1:00. Once again they did not arrive until 4:30 and charged more than we thought we would be paying. They are not truthful and not reliable. Do not hire them.
Called this company for a septic pump out a few days after Hurricane Ian had wrecked the county. Many people were having problems with septic tanks. They were extremely busy and got to me a few days later. While waiting, I called the office to get updates and the office staff (Lisa) was very kind and assuring me they would get to me as soon as possible. The man they sent out, I believe, Armando, was his name, was very nice, kept me apprised of what he was doing, and got my problem solved for a very fair price. Would highly recommend.
I’ve used Herb Weems Plumbing twice to have my septic tank pumped out. The most recent was today in a rental home I’m staying in, I called every septic company in Volusia County, Herb Weems was the only company willing to come out and pump it out for us. Their driver Armando is a great guy, he ensured the tank was pumped and the house lines were draining properly before he left. Their receptionist/dispatcher was as professional as it gets, she made sure they could fit me in their schedule, even though they normally don’t do pump outs on the day I called. Honestly could not be happier with the service and price we received from them! I would highly recommend them, they have always helped me out when needed and treated me the way a customer wants to be treated.
