Every person I deal with at Rick's Plumbing has been awesome. Megan in the scheduling office is friendly, "fits" us in, and is great to work with. Rick is honest and very helpful, the 2 technicians who performed our work today were friendly and did a shower plumbing job for us. Rick's company will succeed, try them, you won't be disappointed. We had a list of plumbing needs in an older home we purchased; another plumber who couldn’t work us into their schedule referred Rick’s to us. Rick came by as scheduled to look at our long list of items to fix, add, or replace. He scheduled the work and showed up promptly. Rick and his helper were so efficient and helpful. All of the items we needed were completed and we have a plan for future additions. Would highly recommend them!

Rick's installed new plumbing in my new manufactured home in Lighthouse Cove. Since then (March 2005) I have spent over $2200 in plumbing repairs. I have photo evidence from other plumbers that the job done by Rick's was not done correctly and the lack of proper pipe strapping, and the incorrect installation of pipe strapping was the cause of pipes sagging and toilets and sinks not draining. I also had the sewer drain become disconnected and Rick's charged me $475 to redo his own work, installed less than 5 years before. He gave me an attitude and blamed other companies for bad mouthing him...taking no responsibility for the incompetent job. Now that I have gotten all of the plumbing repaired properly he claims that if i would have stuck with him, he would have treated me right...but what about that drain problem and I forgot to mention he had to come in to do a re-strap after the home was only 2 years old (only done on one specific area...leaving the other problems to show up later, as they did)? He wasn't "treating me right" at that point so I moved on. I could go on, but let's just sum it up to say "avoid".
Had a hot water heater installed very professional (recommended)wish I would have known about Rick's plumbing before I hooked up to sewer
