After getting ripped off by another local appliance repair company, I contacted Mark, who was referred to me by a friend. He was able to get out quickly, and fix both my oven and dryer. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and both of my appliances are running perfectly now! :)
My in laws have used Mark a few times for fridge repair so when we started having an issue, we immediately called. He was responsive, was able to schedule us, and was quick to identify/fix the problem! His expertise and quality work far exceeded our expectations. Mark was amazing provided amazing customer service! we highly recommend him!
Great communication and response time! Friendly, professional, affordable! Mark came out early on a Saturday to repair my dryer, so I would not be without any longer than possible. I would encourage everyone to call Mark at Coastal for appliance service!
Very impressed with this company and Mark's (owner) expertise. Ours was a freezer issue and he scheduled us in less than 24 hours. He promptly diagnosed the issue and explained it well. He takes pride in his work and his customer service/satisfaction. We will use his service again for all of our appliances.
I have used Coastal Appliance Service for 15 years, at two different homes in Port Orange. Mark is always a true professional. He is honest, reliable, fairly priced, and (most importantly) incredibly knowledgeable about appliances. I trust his opinion completely. He will tell me the truth about an issue - even if it is only a minor repair that will be inexpensive to fix. That's why we keep calling him back. He is easy to get a hold of, responds quickly, and typically comes out to our home very quickly. I would never dream of using another appliance repair company!
