Steve definitely has an attitude problem. He did a maintenance and clean on AC a week ago for $800. AFTER he left the unit started running double time.
So the rude lady making excuses on the phone sent him back. He arrived with an unpleasant attitude (which may be his natural personality or lack of). All of a sudden my freon is pounds(s) low (zero to be exact) and will cost $120 per lb to fill it. When asked if there was a leak he said well how should I know. I said well you're the one that did the maintenance check on it. He said well why would I check for a leak unless you had one 🤔 Well, who's supposed to know if I have a leak then😂 He absolutely did it on purpose to make more $$$$. I had zero issues before this company touched it.

Jesse Lindsey moved efficiently through the service call to install a new IPG Air Purifier & perform regular maintenance items. He was transparent about the repairs and maintained a gracious manner throughout.
The system is blowing cold air and I can already smell the difference in the purified air.
I’ve had good experiences with AC Doctor but this one topped them all.

Chris was awesome. He got straight to the problem, no fluff or exaggerated things to inflate the price. I will always use A/C Doctor. This was a great experience. I rest good last night the AC was cold.

I have used this company since I bought my house about 3 to 4 years ago. Today, my brother had issues with the AC in his new home, so I tried to have this company fix it. I told my brother this company was the best and that they always resolved my AC problems.
However, I was utterly disappointed by the office staff today. When I called to schedule the appointment, I clarified that I wanted them to contact me before the technician arrived, and the office staff assured me they would.
After two and a half hours, I received a call informing me that the technician was already at my brother's home. I asked why they hadn't called me beforehand as promised. The staff member didn’t respond clearly and told me not to yell.
I then contacted Mason, the technician, to ask him to wait for me. He told me that the office had just informed him about another service call, meaning he would need to leave for about an hour and a half. I was okay with that and asked him to call me when he returned since I was nearby.
After that, the office called me again to convey the same message. I just wanted to confirm if I would need to wait until 5 p.m. The staff member responded that she couldn’t provide a specific time frame. I was frustrated; it was only 2:15 p.m., which was more than two hours.
So, I decided to cancel everything, including the maintenance for my own home. I’m baffled by the level of management in their office; it’s truly unacceptable.
