These guys are so professional courteous and legitimately care about how good a job they can do. Jaime was dispatched to take a look at the bedroom carpet and shower. What a great guy he assessed the situation and gave me an honest assessment on how much of the stain he might be able to remove. Which I really appreciated. So I let him have at it! Jaime is an asset to the company since he's on point. He definitely exudes the ethos of the company! I tip my hat to him. My carpet looks amazing as does the shower. I didn't think it possible ! I Couldn't be happier! These guys are great give them a go you're crazy if you don't!
I had 3 rooms cleaned by Andy. He was on time and all 3 rooms were spotless. I was originally only going to have 1 room cleaned because of a large pet stain, but it was only $25 to add the 2 additional rooms and well worth it. I honestly didn’t think the pet stain was going to come out, but Andy made sure that it did and I would like to thank him for it!
Jaime did a great job. He was polite, efficient and respectful of our home...put covers on the doorway openings, explained everything he was going to do and cleaned a carpet that was very dirty and made it look like new!We will definitely have him back for more work!!!Thank you Carpet Pro for easy appointment setting and confirmation and calling and arriving on time!!!!
We have used Carpet Pro for 33 years. Excellent service, timely scheduling, and professional service. Have never been disappointed with the service provided by this company. Techs are friendly and professional and John the owner goes above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this company.
This was the 2nd year in a row we’ve had Carpet Pro clean our rugs and couches. Jamie did a fabulous job and is so professional. The house smells amazing. Highly recommend.
