Best Vet/Staff EVER. I’ve had cats my whole life and this was my first “cats only” clinic. I can say from the moment we walked into our first visit about a year and a half ago we knew we were in good hands. The staff is so kind and sweet, incredibly helpful and intelligent. They don’t “scruff” and help educate on why that’s not good practice anymore! Our rescue Luna has had a few of little hiccups along the way and they have truly made a measurable difference in her heath and longevity. I couldn’t be more grateful or recommend them more. 10/10 Worth a 40 minute drive from the country for quality care.
I had a wonderful experience here! They took amazing care of my Lucipurrr when he was injured. From my initial email to the final pickup everyone was amazing and the communication was top notch!
This place was a miracle. I was told "no, sorry, we can't help you" so many times by so many vets after my 10-year-old cat, Lily, was diagnosed with stomatitis and needed all of her teeth removed. I found one place near me who said they would do full-mouth extractions, for the cost of $7,000, which was impossible for me. Finally, someone recommended Cat Care Clinic in Ormond and they were ready and willing to help! They got her scheduled for surgery very quickly and took great care of her. I paid a very reasonable cost and was so relieved I could afford to get her the help she needed. They have been calling to check on how she's doing every day since her extractions and I am so grateful for their help. Everyone there is super kind. Lily is doing great since her surgery and I am so relieved someone finally helped her to not be in pain anymore. She was barely eating due to how painful her mouth was, and she was losing so much weight, I was getting genuinely scared for her. Since surgery she is happy to eat and already gaining weight back. I live an hour away but would come back a hundred times because this place is amazing. Thank you all for taking care of my sweet Lily!

Brought Boots in today for a check-up (and rabies vaccination) since he's been sneezing a lot lately. Turns out he has a mild cold. The doctors and nurses were SO sweet and handled Boots with so much love and care! I'm so happy I decided to take him here and I plan on bringing my other two cats to Cat Care Clinic as well. Hardly any wait time and the appointment + vaccine + cold meds + 4 months of flea treatment was super affordable!!
