Chuck's Ducts did a fantastic job cleaning out my dryer vent on the roof. We'd had dryer issues almost since we moved into our new home just over a year ago — towels and clothes coming out still covered in lint. We assumed it was the dryer, cleaned the vent ourselves, and moved the machine around a few times, but the real problem was up on the roof: the builder never removed the mesh screen, which had gotten completely packed with lint. They found the issue right away, the technician did a thorough job in the laundry room, then went up on the roof and cut off that screen. They even sent me photos of the work. Great value, great service, and I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with dryer issues.
Our A/C company recommended Chuck's Ducts, so I called to schedule duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and sanitizing. Cathy was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the scheduling process quick and easy, setting the tone for a great experience from the very beginning. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with the service we received from Shane and Bryant. They were incredibly pleasant, efficient, and professional from start to finish. We were probably a bit of a challenge because we were so curious about how much debris was in our system, but they never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. They were happy to show us the equipment they were using and shared photos of the inside of our ductwork so we could see the before-and-after results. We were amazed by how much debris they removed. It was truly money well spent! If you're considering having your ducts cleaned, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chuck's Ducts. From Cathy in the office to Shane and Bryant in the field, everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Five Stars++! Denise & Ed McKeever
If I could give Chuck's Ducts a "10" I would. I was having my I was having my a/c ducts cleaned. They arrived on time and finished on time. The two gentlemen that worked at my house were very professional, extremely knowledgeable and could not have been nicer. They explained the whole process to me and showed me how things were going all thru the whole process. They shared their knowledge with me on how to keep my a/c ducts from getting so dirty going forward. I was given demonstrations on what to do...they could not have been more helpful. I am so very happy to have found Chuck's Ducts....!!!
