Mark was timely, efficient, and informative. He came in diagnosed exactly the problem and fixed it. He is a reliable and honest business man, he will be someone I reference from here on out ! And I will use him for all repairs. If you’re looking for a real honest person he is your man!
After getting ripped off by another local appliance repair company, I contacted Mark, who was referred to me by a friend. He was able to get out quickly, and fix both my oven and dryer. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and both of my appliances are running perfectly now! :)
My Elderly Mother used their service prior and had an issue with her refrigerator. They told her to check something before they came out for a service call and that fixed her issue great customer service !
My in laws have used Mark a few times for fridge repair so when we started having an issue, we immediately called. He was responsive, was able to schedule us, and was quick to identify/fix the problem! His expertise and quality work far exceeded our expectations. Mark was amazing provided amazing customer service! we highly recommend him!
Great communication and response time! Friendly, professional, affordable! Mark came out early on a Saturday to repair my dryer, so I would not be without any longer than possible. I would encourage everyone to call Mark at Coastal for appliance service!
