We had a new AC installed for mom. Mike in sales was really good with answering all mom's questions, very nice and he knows his trade. He got the quotes out to us quickly. Jamie and Bobby did the install. They worked continuously through the day, removing the old system and installing the new one. They kept everything clean as they went along. Super nice, skilled guys, A knowledgeable group of people who did a great job for us.
I had what I thought was an unusual smell coming out of the propane fireplace when it was on. The gentleman came and checked everything and there was no leak detected. He then tested my fireplace and found it to be working fine. There was no odor. He was on time and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with him checking out the fireplace and Propane gas situation.
I called at 8am and was told it would be before noon for a technician to get here; I thought that was great for a Monday after a holiday weekend. The technician pulled up at 9am! He was so nice and knowledgeable. He knew within minutes what the issue was, called to see if the part was in stock, and it was. He left and returned, installed and tested the repair by 11am! How awesome is that! I would recommend Cunningham to everyone!
It is so refreshing and greatly appreciated to have an ethical, competent. And even competitive company to service my propane needs and in the future all of my HVAC needs as well. ð I was concerned that after 18 months my propane gauge still read 80%, even though the stand by Generac runs every Saturday at noon for five to seven minutes, and I use a propane stove top for cooking maybe two to three times a week. Everyone at Cunningham was polite and professional even though I badgered Ashley over numerous details with several E mails. ð I finally connected with Jennifer and scheduled two service calls at an agreeable date and time. 1. The first visit was to fill the tank and Ron took care of that nicely even though the tank only needed a very minimal fill. 2. The second visit was from Lewis who was going to replace the gauge face, but after a brief discussion he pointed out that my gauge was most likely just fine mainly because Ron could only get about one gallon into the tank. After that, I apologized extensively to both Ron and Lewis for wasting their time but both were very understanding and there was no charge for either visit and the gauge is apparently ok. I was also pleasantly surprised that Cunningham does HVAC work and not just propane. I have a firm loyalty to companies that can meet all of my needs and maintain a high standard of ethics, and Cunningham is exactly that company! âĶI only wish they could service my stand by Generac as well. But with this well-earned review maybe they will! I certainly hope so. ð Brian S. Kroll
