Awesome to do business with!! Excellent product and professional installation of our hurricane windows and sliding door at our condo. Two hurricanes later and all is perfect-other owners in our building have severe leaks in their new windows and their installer is avoiding them. Had a small mix up on original order- Stand up ownership accepted full blame and took care of it 100%-even refused our offer to pay part of it!! Cannot say enough great things about this business!!
WOW - I don't know what happened from the year our windows were installed (great service) to when we required warranty service (good communication) to when they realized one of the items that could not be fixed still needed to be fixed because of supply chain issues, but John the owner was rude, was not concerned that our hurricane impacted window could not be opened without great effort and indicated was not his problem ... told me to complain to PGT, he no longer wanted me as a customer, and then hung up. Really - Hung up? I guess once you get product, you get the boot.
They were amazing from A to Z. Great price and great service. Would def use them to replace my window again.
Very professional and extremely good work this company is excellent at what they do. Will definitely recommend them to anyone!!!
