I can always count on Ferran in Port Orange to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I have been using Ferran for over 30 years for my HVAC, electrical, plumbing, generator maintenance. Our A/C vents were blowing less air than usual, making the rooms uncomfortable. The technician arrived on time, explained that dust buildup was the culprit, and efficiently cleaned the system in under an hour.
I sent a rather unfavorable review of Ferran a few weeks ago regarding my Generac. To date they responded quickly and handled the issue professionally. Thank you to a good company. My generator is now fully working and I received an apology from Kyle who was the head if that area. Charlie came out and fixed my Generac. My faith has been restored in this great company.
A very big thank you to Kemper, David and all the rest of the awesome Ferran crew! Total overhaul of our a/c system and they were meticulous in their work. Highly recommended.
While maybe not the cheapest in town, they certainly are the most professional and quickest to respond. With two beach condos to maintain for our guests, AC services are VERY important. Esther answers the phone and is knowledgeable about the issues and need for quick service. Steve and Mark have both come out at different times and they are efficient and knowledgeable and I was VERY impressed at how they send photos and updates along the repair process.
