My husband and I recently purchased our first home and we found out that the air conditioning was installed by them. Since it’s our first time, we wanted to be smart and make sure everything was running correctly due to the super high temperatures and we didn’t want to have issues further down the road. I called them today to see if someone could come out and just check and make sure everything was running right Because yesterday it seemed to run a little hotter than normal in here thanks to me Not noticing the air filter needed to be changed. Oops. I spoke To a very nice woman in the service department Who actually was able to have someone come out today and check it out for us. That alone was shocking to me because normally there’s a long wait. Within an hour of my call, a great technician named Ron came out to our house And made sure everything was running correctly and gave us some advice on what we should do To keep things operating smoothly. He went above and beyond and answering all our questions And concerns. We would highly recommend them to anybody In the area, looking for service or a new air-conditioning system. Oh, and the first woman who answered the phone was also Super nice and got me to the right department. Thank you guys again you gained a customer For life lol!! We even signed up for a yearly plan. We’d rather be safe than sorry And the price was right and the service can’t beat. The Moniz Family
I just wanted to tell you that your service man was excellent today. We had the pleasure of having Joey service our A/C unit this morning. He was fantastic and you are lucky to have him on your team.. Not sure why this is showing up as my granddaughters name but I am Jane France and Joey was here this morning.
Flair has been servicing my house since before I owned it. We recently had an issue with our AC and they sent a technician out promptly. The technician was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and was able to fix our issue quickly. It's clear this is a company that operates with a lot of integrity, when a lot of other companies might try to get their technicians to upcharge on field visits. We appreciate Flair's awesome customer service and will be calling them any time we have an issue with our air conditioning system.
We’ve been happy customers of Flair Air Conditioning in the past, but their service today really went above and beyond. Dealing with an 88°F house in the dead of mid-July heat is incredibly stressful, but our technician, Ethan, was an absolute lifesaver. He was incredibly friendly, reassuring, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing every step of the way. Having that kind of transparency and calm professionalism made a massive difference when we were sweating it out! The whole process of updating my HVAC with Flair was flawless from the start. After calling the office for information I received a call back from the sales rep (Jody) who stopped out the next day to explain options. He made it easy to select the best option for us. It was installed a week later by technicians Walton and Nick. The inspector came today and said they did a great job. I highly recommend Flair Air.
