I've had a residential maintenance agreement with Flair for years so I called to address an issue I was having with my heating. I am happy to say it was a very good experience.
My technician was Drew and he was remarkable. He was on time, neat, respectful and courteous. He took the time to actually hear my concern and was therefore able to determine the exact cause of my dilemma.
After offering a few options, we agreed on a course of action and he went to work.
Drew went above and beyond to get my unit functioning properly again. I cannot say enough good things about him. Drew, thank you so much.

The whole process of updating my HVAC with Flair was flawless from the start. After calling the office for information I received a call back from the sales rep (Jody) who stopped out the next day to explain options. He made it easy to select the best option for us. It was installed a week later by technicians Walton and Nick. The inspector came today and said they did a great job. I highly recommend Flair Air.

I just had the pleasure of having Flair Air Conditioning at my home to install a new high-efficiency air conditioner. The two gentlemen that were at my home was Walton and Nick they were very professional, Friendly very neat and clean and Extremely confident in what they were doing. I absolutely love my new unit and I'm living very comfortable. I would refer anyone to call Flair if they need anything with air-conditioning and heating! Extremely honest company that's what I like.

We have used Flair for all our HVAC needs for our own home and rental house for years.... Prices are fair, units excellent, environmentally sound and money savers. We had a small component replacement today at rental. Technician was Ethan. Competent, well mannered and polite. An asset to the firm and the boy was on time. We also were well treated by Lyn, sweet lady answering the phone. Always the moment of truth for any company. It's the reception that one receives initially that sets the tone for the rest of the business transaction and promotes customer retention. Thank you Flair!! Happy Holidays😘

We have had very good experiences with Flair. They arrive as scheduled and each tech they have sent is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Today our tech was Ron. He did a great job and gave us a few tips on taking care of our system.
