My experience at the store was great, jeff and Cory provided in depth answers and suggestions. My job was vynil hybrid flooring in 2 baths, kitchen and dinette. Pricing was very good. CLEAR EXPLANATION of pricing greatly appreciated. James was the crew leader that provided measurements price for installation. HE LISTENED to my questions and gave clear answers. Day of job.... James cut an 8 foot section of carpet edge to create a seamless transition. It was straight as an arrow and kicked out a ridge from carpet that had stretched a bit. The install included removal of ceramic tile and was scheduled fast! On day of the work commenced on time at 0900 and the entire job ,after we added additional flooring that wasnt planned ahead, the work was completed at 1930 hrs. AMAZING. 2 toilets removed and replaced with new I provided. James and the guys were really nice and did a fabulous job on my old double wide, circa 1985. I did go back to the store to buy an additional box of flooring, for the just in case. I will be back as my needs require. Very satisfied.
The store manager, Rick and his team were the best. I love the carpet he helped us pick out. It is perfect in our bedroom with the furniture and decor. The installers were great, too. They moved furniture and did an amazing job.

Every minute, from selection to final inspection of competed install was exceptional. Sales Manager Cody Tober was great to work with, answering questions and offering suggestions without being pushy or overbearing as some salespeople can be. Greg Nevells and his installation team were amazing to work with - on time everyday, no issues, no messes left in my house. Job was done on time and exceeded my expectations.
