The minute we walked in the door we knew our dog would be in good hands. I am so happy with everyone at Granada Animal Hospital. Finally found a Veterinarian that doesn’t take my dog in the back room where I can’t be with her or see what they’re doing. My 9 mo old puppy wasn’t frightened at all. Dr Wolfe took her time and answered all our questions. Hannah loved all the girls, it’s so nice when you can take your animals to the Dr without them being afraid.
This practice is amazing! Dr Wolfe is so kind and professional - she answers all my many questions and is so kind and caring with my 8-yr-old cat who is terrified of the vet. My cat was actually calm and relaxed during the visit. Jillian the vet tech was fabulous - made my cat Tito feel safe and loved. They explained Tito’s treatment plan thoroughly and worked up an itemized estimate for the services so I could select the treatments! Tito had several shots and he was so relaxed because they give me a churo treat to give Tito during the shots and they encouraged me to speak to him in a sweet voice (for me that is baby talk) and they did not even blink! I am so happy to have found Granada Animal Hospital for all my many pets! Thank you Dr Wolfe and thank you Jillian! I do need to give big kudos to the front office staff. They greeted me right away and told me that the doctor would be with us soon. I arrived a bit early for the appointment and they showed me to our room within 5 minutes of my check in time. This was a wonderful and comforting experience for Tito! Thank you all!
Best pet hospital I've ever been to. Everyone was so kind. We brought our very sick dog in (new patient). He was not cooperative but Dr. Wolfe and staff did a great job calming him and treating him. Return visit was about 10 days later and our dog was so much better. We highly recommend Granada Animal Hospital for your pets.
This practice came highly recommended from the community and I've never needed to go anywhere else! This staff is extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and such a joy to interact with. I've been coming in for new puppy appointments and they are always right on time and proactively communicate any schedule reminders or holiday hours. Care costs are very affordable and transparent. The location is easy to access and very inviting, with business hours that accomodate those who work 9-5. Each staff member truly cares for my pet like she was their own and they take the sweetest holiday backdrop photos to put up on the fridge! My name is Oakley and I just got to the Ormond/Daytona Beach area. I just want to share my experience about the Granada Animal Hospital with all my four-legged friends. I checked in Monday morning and checked out Monday afternoon, and the experience was exceptional. The staff was very professional and the facility was excellent. If any of you need a Vet, go see Dr. Shelby Wolfe and staff. I highly recommend them. Oakley
