I have visited twice in the last year and was extremely impress with both Christine and Samantha. They were very kind and helpful. I even got a call from Samantha between visits to see how I was doing with my hearing aids. (HAS) They sent out one of my HAS for repair and after eight days I got a call saying that my HAS had arrived and offered an appointment time within two hours of the call. Samantha efficiently handled the paperwork and then Christine took over right away. She listened to what I had to say about the settings on my HAS and made improvements that truly showed she knew what she was doing. She fixed things that my hometown audio professionals had done wrong. I thought all I had to do was just pick-up and go. Not so with Christine. She made sure that everything was set to my satisfaction and never tried to rush me thru the process. I used my improved setting last night for restaurant and what a difference. My hometown specialist could learn from these two fine women on how to treat customers. The facilities were nicely decorated and clean. I was impressed and would defiantly recommend HearAgainAmerica on 3510 Nova Road, Port Orange, FL.
Christine is wonderful to work with. I am very picky with my hearing aids as I listen to a lot of music and I couldn't be happier. I have taken my girlfriend there and now my elderly parents. No matter your budget, from a bunch of very hearing-impaired folks, Hear Again America gets my highest recommendation!
Love Christine she is the best,! she treats you like family & takes good care of you. She definitely loves her patients. It’s always a pleasure going there. Also Sam her receptionist/ secretary billing lady is very welcoming, goes over & beyond to make sure everything is in order to file insurance or anything. She’s very knowledgeable about her job. I highly recommend Here Again America great & professional.
I was lucky to get an appointment when someone canceled. Christine Hand, HAS, BC-HIS evaluated my hearing issues and recommended hearing aids. She was really great. She made me feel that I was important and helping me hear was important.. I'm glad I went to Hear Again America and an grateful for a professional like Christine.
We just moved to Florida in December. I started to have a problem with my hearing aid. I had a recommendation from a friend to see hearing aid specialist Christine Hand. We have a travel plans leaving the country for 2 weeks, and Hear Again America was able to accommodate a very short notice appointment. They were able to fix my problem. I couldn't be happier!
