I was on vacation when my car lost power. I called AAA and they gave me the number of Honest-1 Auto Care. Within an hour my car had been picked up, taken to Honest-1, and they gave me a quote the next day. I was so happy with this process. I placed a call to get my car picked up and the next day they were sending a driver to pick us up to get my vehicle. They even had credit on site to help me take care of the expenses. If I was going to loose power in my car on vacation, I am so happy that I was referred to this company. We didn’t even skip a beat with our vacation and continued to stay by the pool as they handled the repairs. Thanks Honest-1 Auto Care you rock!
NOT HONEST AT ALL BE AWARE! I paid $2,000 to replace the shocks and this is how it ends. This is how they look after I had to replace them because when I went there for the warranty, they just gave me a speech with a bunch of lies, saying the problem wasn’t the shock bushings. And after searching the brand of the shocks they used, I found out on Amazon for $60 dollars. SCAM
Water pump got a leak and engine immediately overheated. AAA had me towed to Honest 1. Courteous and helpful staff. Excellent service and I had my car back less than 24 hours later. Found a way to save me some on labor! If this had to happen, I’m definitely glad I ended up at Honest 1!!!

Imagine being a woman alone in a strange city and your car won’t start….that’s what happened to me. But Matt at Honest One Auto Care came to my rescue and I will forever be grateful. Brought my car in - they replaced my battery and did a couple other things. They are honest!!!! They are dependable. They don’t talk down to you just because you’re a woman – except I did ask them to talk to me like I was a five-year-old because I don’t understand cars at all. These people are amazing-
