Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. After many years of not hearing my husband can finally hear the grandchildren without asking them over again and the TV volume is not blasting. Thank you so much and I would recommend Hopkins Hearing Institute to everyone needing hearing aids.

I only review places when I feel the experience was above and beyond. This was one of those times , the staff was professional and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed or like they were trying to sell me things I didn’t need.
Great place to go for hearing loss needs! After moving to the area and trying out 2 other hearing aid places, I came across Hopkins Hearing Institute. Ed and his staff have been very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I had an "urgent" situation with needing a reliable loaner aid (for an out of town family event) while waiting for new aid to come in, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was properly taken care of in time for my trip - which I am super grateful for. I highly recommend this hearing instrument business!
