Joel and Ted provided excellent service during my AC maintenance today. They were both personable and polite, which made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I really appreciated that they took the time to show me pictures of my AC unit and clearly explained the maintenance they were performing. It gave me confidence in the work being done and helped me better understand the condition of my system. Overall, I’m very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend Joel and Ted to anyone in need of AC service.
Was not happy with our previous air company trying to constantly sell us miscellaneous upgrades that we did not need. A few of our neighbors recommended Jerry Brittingham A/C & Heat, Inc. They were excellent! Our technician was a young lady named Rochelle and she did an excellent job going out of her way to assist us. The annual package was the way to go to include 3 free visits a year! (By far better than other packages offered by other companies) All and all...... two thumbs up!!
I have been a long time customer of Jerry Brittingham A/C & Heat. I appreciate their customer service, skill and courteous technicians. Their office staff is kind and professional too. This week, Joel reviewed my unit as part of my yearly unit check up. He was prompt, clearly communicated the purpose of his visit, and provided a great customer experience. I appreciate the pics and reports related to my unit. Keep up the good work!
