They both were here when they said they would, they cleaned up before they left. I certainly would give them a 15 ! Also they were very respectful !! Yes I would recommend them and also , the man that came out to give us a estimate, was very thorough. He measured every Outlet. He measured every spot that needed to be measured. He was very good. It's one reason we went. with Jerry Breningham excellent excellent work.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m a retired local HVAC contractor and former company owner, so I’ve spent a lifetime in this business and know what to look for in an HVAC contractor. I’ve used Jerry Brittingham A/C & Heating, Inc. many times over the years on my rental units—for repairs, system replacements, and ductwork. I’ve always been very happy with their work and, just as importantly, their honesty and fair pricing. I recently had Jerry, his son Billy, and their crew work on my sister’s house. This was during COVID, when equipment and parts were extremely difficult to get. Her system needed to be replaced, and Jerry took care of it with excellent workmanship. His price was also several thousand dollars less than the other quotes we received. After being in the local HVAC business for so many years, I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors. Based on my experience, Jerry Brittingham is someone I’m comfortable recommending to anyone. I’ve trusted him with my rental properties and my sister’s home, and I’d have no problem calling him for my own home. If you need HVAC work, Jerry Brittingham A/C & Heating is who I would call.
I have been a long time customer of Jerry Brittingham A/C & Heat. I appreciate their customer service, skill and courteous technicians. Their office staff is kind and professional too. This week, Joel reviewed my unit as part of my yearly unit check up. He was prompt, clearly communicated the purpose of his visit, and provided a great customer experience. I appreciate the pics and reports related to my unit. Keep up the good work!
Joel and Ted technicians at Jerry Brittingham AC were super personable, and very efficient with my 6 month service. Everything I wanted checked out on my roof was sent to me in photos. A bonus for me is that they also managed to undo a glitch in my programmable thermostat, that I had been trying to figure out for 2 years! Very happy with the service they provided.
Jerry's team is always great. They do the job RIGHT and make sure the customer is happy. Zach came out today to resolve an issue. He quickly diagnosed and replaced a defective part. If I were to start an HVAC business, Zach is the king of guy that I would start with! Also, thanks to the office staff for slotting the work ASAP! Kudos to all involved!
