I’ve done business with lumber liquidators multiple times, but this is the only time I have ever felt compelled to leave a positive review. The primary reason for the amazingly positive experience at this particular lumber liquidators is because of John Thais. Every time I stopped in the store or called on the phone for whatever the reason may have been, not only was John helpful, but he was always just an upbeat, positive person. I feel like most people don’t care about their job or customer service today, so it’s a real pleasure to do business with somebody that truly cares, makes an effort, and is a really nice guy. Thanks for all of your help, John. I truly appreciate you.
I use them weekly in that we are flooring installers. Great product line and customer service from the store managers who are very knowledgeable about their products. The prices are excellent. The downside is their delivery service is very poor and some of the sales agents are incompetent. I would suggest dealing with the store manager and not using the delivery service.
Great experience all around. Had a little hiccup but John and Will went out of their way to make things right. The flooring is beautiful.
Will and John were amazing! Placed an order for the entire house since it had carpet all over. Will went above and beyond. I will make sure to recommend others to this location. Their customer service by far goes beyond Floor and Decor. I was able to get beautiful vinyl with a great wear level at an excellent price. Talk to Will or John you won't regret it.
Our experience with the Holly Hill store was generally very good! Both Derek and Will were very accommodating and professional in their approach during our purchase and installation. There were a couple hiccups in replacing 5 rooms of solid hardwood flooring with Brazilian Koa but they were handled well and to our satisfaction. We love our new hardwood floors! Much appreciated guys!
