I recently had my old dishwasher replaced by Patriot Plumbing in Ormond Beach, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. I called them for the job, and they scheduled everything quickly and conveniently. The technician they sent, Levi, was absolutely excellent. He arrived on time, was super professional, courteous, and clearly knew his stuff. Levi explained everything clearly—what needed to be done, why, and how it would work—without any pressure or upselling. He worked efficiently, kept the work area clean (which I really appreciated), and made sure the new dishwasher was installed perfectly, with no leaks or issues. The quality of the work was top-notch, and everything has been running smoothly since. Patriot Plumbing lived up to their reputation as "The Neatest Plumbers Around." Fair pricing, great communication, and a technician who genuinely cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend Patriot Plumbing—especially Levi—for any plumbing needs. Patriot Plumbing delivers outstanding customer service. Jimmy and Levi were excellent technicians! They clearly explained the relationship between the propane tank and pool heating system. They checked each sink in the house to ensure proper flow. They let me know once the propane was low/out, my hot water would be impacted. They answered all my questions without hesitation. I would highly recommend Patriot Plumbing for all your plumbing services!
We are beyond grateful to Patriot Plumbing for their incredible kindness and dedication to our cat rescue. When our sink stopped draining, it became a serious issue—having a working sink is vital for keeping bowls clean and ensuring fresh water for our cats. Patriot Plumbing donated their services because, just like us, they truly care about our community. They came out two different days and were absolutely determined not to leave until the job was completely done. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem and found a major clog in our secondary line, which they fully cleaned out. Thanks to their compassion, professionalism, and hard work, our sink is working again and our rescue can continue caring for the cats safely and hygienically. I couldn't be happier with the repairs Gabe did in my bathrooms; he repairs a leaking shower valve and remodeled the chrome plate in one bathroom and handle a complex P-Trap and Y-Branch extension under the sink in the other bathroom. Not only was his work excellent and efficient, but truly sets him apart is how personable and kind he is. It's rare to find someone combines such hight-quality craftsmanship with such a wonderful personality. I highly recommend!
Wow! Had a serious plumbing issue late at night with sewage backing up in the showers and the toilets were overflowing. Left a vm for Patriot and Kim got back to me first thing in the am. Gabe and Levi came out for an extensive repair and were amazing, knowledgeable and professional. A+++ customer service all the way around. Gabe, Levi and Kim. You are our heros today. 100% recommend.
