We purchased a new stove last week and I want to comment about how fortunate we were you have spoken to Kyle at Pioneer. About 8 years ago we purchased all of our kitchen appliances from Pioneer. The double ovens in the stove became too difficult for me with bending after having contracted scoliosis so a new stove was ordered that would make it easier for me. We did not make a career out of shopping for the stove, but we did speak to 3 or 4 people and read everything we could about it. Hands down, Kyle was the most knowledgeable and patient person among that group. He's very professional and very nice. I have to add there was never any pressure. And what I really thought was refreshing, when he did not know something he admitted it and just got the information and called back. Service is a very important part of the kitchen appliance purchase for me. We have other appliances from Pioneer in our home and we always take their personal extended warranty. I love that we always get the same technician, Mark, who is fantastic. I don't like dealing with third party insurance companies or waiting for the manufacturer to come out here when they've got thousands of people to service. With Pioneer if I call they respond right away. And I'm sure you're wondering about price. He matched the best price I had and went all out for us. If you are shopping for kitchen appliances I would encourage you to at least drop in and meet Kyle and see what he or Pioneer will do for you.
Pioneer is without a doubt the BEST!!! I called the other morning to order a dryer for my Grandson which they delivered that afternoon(above & beyond) Up on arrival they realized his existing dryer was working and said he needed an electrician ! They took the new dryer back ! I call that HONEST and was very greatful to them.Not to many companies can compare to them. I have bought all my appliances from them and highly recommend!
Thanks to Ben, the sales representative, I bought a washer and I’m very happy with it. He help me with deciding on which one would suit me best and I oh so appreciate it. Pioneer Appliances on Nova Road in Daytona is truly amazing! Called at 9:00 am yesterday and spoke to Kyle Turner in Sales. With his help, I was able to order a new GE refrigerator to replaced my 16 year old one was experiencing issues. He said he had one in stock that work work perfectly for our kitchen space. The delivery guys were headed out now and it would be there between 11:00 -1:00. Precisely at 11:00 Sam and Javier, the delivery guys, knocked on the condo door and went to work. In no time, they had the old fridge out the door and the new in installed. They even took the time to go over steps about the functions of the new one. Thank you Pioneer Appliance staff for your professional, friendly, and wonderful expedited service (no extra cost).
We had the pleasure of meeting Patrick and Kyle at Pioneer appliance. They were amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful in our purchase of a new refrigerator. Looking forward to doing business with them again!
