Pioneer Appliances on Nova Road in Daytona is truly amazing! Called at 9:00 am yesterday and spoke to Kyle Turner in Sales. With his help, I was able to order a new GE refrigerator to replaced my 16 year old one was experiencing issues. He said he had one in stock that work work perfectly for our kitchen space. The delivery guys were headed out now and it would be there between 11:00 -1:00. Precisely at 11:00 Sam and Javier, the delivery guys, knocked on the condo door and went to work. In no time, they had the old fridge out the door and the new in installed. They even took the time to go over steps about the functions of the new one. Thank you Pioneer Appliance staff for your professional, friendly, and wonderful expedited service (no extra cost).
Exceptional Service and Follow-Through at Pioneer Appliances I recently purchased a full suite of Café appliances from Pioneer Appliances, and I was impressed with the service I received from Kyle. From the start, he was knowledgeable about the Café line—explaining the features, finishes, and performance differences with clarity and confidence. His product expertise made it easy to choose appliances that matched both my kitchen design and functional needs. What truly stood out was his follow-through. Kyle didn’t just help with the sale—he stayed involved every step of the way. When an issue came up regarding my wall oven, he worked with me, making sure I felt supported and informed throughout the process. I am still working with him regarding my washer and dryer (which is not Café). There will be an update to this post or new post, once that issue is resolved. Thanks to Ben, the sales representative, I bought a washer and I’m very happy with it. He help me with deciding on which one would suit me best and I oh so appreciate it. Had a new washer delivered today. Everything went off without a hitch. Chris was our delivery and installation man. He was courteous, polite, funny and knew his stuff! Thank you for the prompt and awesome service.
Had a wonderful experience with this company. I never got the name of the lady who calls from the service department but she was thorough from my initial call to the completion of the job. Unfortunately the part I needed for my washer was defective and was on backorder and I was advised manufacturer would be covering the part and labor. She kept me updated and called me immediately to schedule when she knew part was coming in. Also Mark was professional and compassionate and caring when he came to my house for initial eval and explained everything in detail. He was courteous and kind and got the job done in a timely manner when part was received. Reasonable pricing for service call. These 2 employees are a definite asset to the company. Highly recommended this company for any appliance issues. 5 stars
