This was the second large construction project Ted & Bob’s has completed for me. The first was the beautiful addition of a large Florida room to my home. The second was a new roof to the Florida room of my new and current home. Both jobs were completed on time by professionals who were knowledgeable and skilled. In addition, they respected my space and always cleaned up completely after working. Mark, the owner, ensures you will get a great result at a fair price, and he is readily available to address any questions or concerns. We recently had Ted & Bob's install a new door, framing, and screening in our existing covered porch. They made the process easy and worry-free. All our inquiries and communications were answered promptly, all appointments were prompt and courteous, and the work was completed promptly and expertly. On the day of our install there was an FPL power outage in our neighborhood, and they handled that curveball easily by bringing in a very quiet generator for their power tools. I have another job to be completed, and Ted & Bob's will be the first company I contact.
Outstanding workmanship. Communication with Mark was excellent. Installers were professional and cleaned up after completion of job.. We shopped four businesses for our pool deck porch roof and so glad we chose Ted and Bobs. Highly recommend them.
Five years ago Ted & Bob's built a screened-in enclosure (with a solid roof) off the back of our house. And, while we were very happy with the enclosure and the work, over time it developed a leak. Mark, who oversaw the installation, came out the next year and a did some patching. That worked for a while but eventually the leak came back. For a couple years we lived with the leak and the bucket we used to catch the water. But a few weeks ago, after a rain storm, the leak was back, so I called and asked if Mark could come by and check it again. Because the enclosure was 5 yrs old, I fully expected to pay Mark for his time and efforts. Mark came by and inspected and water-tested the roof -- which did indeed leak. After his inspection, Mark made some suggestions and said that if they didn't work he'd fabricate some new flashing that we could try. When I asked what I owed him for his time, he said no charge! After I did what he suggested we had another rain storm and Mark called to see if his suggestions worked. I told him they did. It's not very often you find a company, and people, so willing to stand my their work and work so hard to make sure you (their customer) are fully satisfied.
