I had a leaking TPC valve on my little water heater. George arrived on time and explained the issue with my heater which were quite a few. I had just purchased this home and a hot water heater is hard to ascertain. George was excellent at explaining and fixing all my issues in a professional, knowledgeable manner. They gave me a military discount to help ease the pain of the bill, which was fair. So far so good no more leak. I appreciate Total Comfort and George who knows what he is doing.
We had an issue with our HVAC, called and they were able to have a technician check it out the same day. Ron showed up and was able to figure out right away what was wrong. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had, gave us our options and was able to fix our system that day. We were extremely happy with Total Comfort's service and quality.
We contacted Total Comfort because our whole house generator was having some issues beyond our home-gamer level of expertise. Total Comfort offered several appointment times enabling us to select what best works for our schedule. The technician arrived on time and after gathering some information from us, adroitly troubleshoot and replaced the faulty sub-assembly responsible for the generator failure. The faulty part were covered under warranty and we now have peace of mind knowing the generator will work as designed in the event it is needed. We appreciate Total Comforts professionalism and expertise!
