Ron came out and was very knowledgeable. He caught some installation mistakes from a previous company which was part of the problem. He was thorough and got the job done! I will request him for future repair needs!
Joe was great. He had been here before, so he remembered where the equipment was and went straight to work. He even fixed my thermostat so the light no longer stays on all the time.
We had an issue with our HVAC, called and they were able to have a technician check it out the same day. Ron showed up and was able to figure out right away what was wrong. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had, gave us our options and was able to fix our system that day. We were extremely happy with Total Comfort's service and quality.
Of course our A/C unit stops working 10pm on a Friday night:(. We called TC and spoke with their Rep (shocking on a Fri night at 10pm). Nicholas from TC was at our home Sat morning at 8:15 :). A quick diagnosis was made and the part has been ordered. Super happy and impressed with TC service and response time.
Do not waste your time or money with Total Comfort. I signed an official proposal for electrical work, but they completely failed to deliver on what we legally agreed to. Their scheduling was an absolute nightmare—disorganized, constantly shifting, and showing zero respect for my time. To make matters worse, the electricians walked off the property and left the job completely unfinished. It was a massive, exhausting struggle just to get them to address it, and in the end, they flat-out refused to complete the work we originally contracted for. Instead, they handed me a ridiculously low credit for the unfinished portion—an amount so insultingly small that I can't even hire another licensed electrician to come out and finish the job for that price. It is incredibly unprofessional to contract a project, walk away from it, and leave the customer financially stranded to fix your mess. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.
