Ashton and Jeremy did a fabulous install of new HVAC unit! Dan was at my house within one hour of my initial call, and our new unit was installed and running six days later. The coordination between the office to schedule payment, inspection was professional and efficient, and Donna in billing is a pleasure to workwith. Total Professionals at Total Comfort HVAC division
We had an issue with our HVAC, called and they were able to have a technician check it out the same day. Ron showed up and was able to figure out right away what was wrong. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had, gave us our options and was able to fix our system that day. We were extremely happy with Total Comfort's service and quality.
During a maintenance checkup, Ron found that I need a new compressor. Better to get it now, when it’s not hot, & not busy. I’ve used Total comfort for almost 33 years in this house. They’ve always been professional and give a fair price. Patrick
Of course our A/C unit stops working 10pm on a Friday night:(. We called TC and spoke with their Rep (shocking on a Fri night at 10pm). Nicholas from TC was at our home Sat morning at 8:15 :). A quick diagnosis was made and the part has been ordered. Super happy and impressed with TC service and response time.
