and then
I could not be more happy with my Window World experience. The sales team did a fantastic job explaining the benefits of the product without trying to "oversell" me on upgrades I didn't want. The windows were ready on time and communication was excellent. The installation of 23 windows took place in a single day. This included scaffolding to a second story bonus room. Ricardo and his team were extremely professional and took great care inside of my home. Tarps and visqueen plastic covering was used to protect my furniture and decor from construction dust. After the work was completed, the crew did an exceptional job cleaning up before leaving. I would gladly recommend this company and crew to anyone looking for new windows.
So excited to be doing business with Window World . Bruce was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions, took his time to explain everything so thoroughly and price was within our budget! Update: Ricardo and his crew did a fantastic job! We are so happy with our windows Update: Frank who came and did all the cosmetic work around the windows was great. Efficient quick and everything looks great. Appreciate this team!!
I found a problem with 6 windows window world manufactured for our large sunroom on the back of our home. I called the corporate office for advice, they gave me the number for a office nearby. I was so impressed with the woman who helped me, she understood my problem, explained what I needed to do for window world to correct my problem and when we were finished with all the details she gave me a timeline for getting my replacement windows! She was absolutely the best!
Thank you Ricardo and Window World team!! A great example of quality work where the customer is very happy! Also, a huge thanks to Harold at Window World Sales for all the help! My windows look awesome! Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
