Jim Silvernail and his son, Logan, replaced our entire 4-ton high-efficiency Carrier air conditioning system, and we couldn't be more pleased. They arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Their workmanship was exceptional, and they took the time to answer all of our questions. They treated our home with respect, kept the work area spotless, and made sure everything was operating perfectly before they left. What impressed us most was their honesty, integrity, and pride in their work. They never rushed the job and paid attention to every detail. The pricing was fair, the installation was completed efficiently, and we have complete confidence in our new Carrier system. These guys were great! Replaced ac handler and outside unit. We are beachside so they recommended a coastal coated unit. Looks great and works great. We had a small issue after and Richard was there with in 15 minutes to solve the problem. We are very satisfied customers

In FL you have to have HVAC company you can rely on and Igloo Air is that - for over 20 years they have been servicing our HVAC units. This recent service required a unit to be replaced. Richard showed up quickly and provided a competitive estimate - within a week the new unit was installed. Very reliable and professional. I will continue to call on Igloo Air for future needs.
