Jim Silvernail and his son, Logan, replaced our entire 4-ton high-efficiency Carrier air conditioning system, and we couldn't be more pleased. They arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Their workmanship was exceptional, and they took the time to answer all of our questions. They treated our home with respect, kept the work area spotless, and made sure everything was operating perfectly before they left. What impressed us most was their honesty, integrity, and pride in their work. They never rushed the job and paid attention to every detail. The pricing was fair, the installation was completed efficiently, and we have complete confidence in our new Carrier system. WOW! We highly recommend Igloo Air - They were quick to respond and got the job done efficiently while educating us! Shoutout to Richard for his friendliness and amazing work! Competitors in area, were wanting to charge $150 just for phone call and also charge double for helping us on the weekend - Igloo was very reasonable for us first time homebuyers :)

These guys were great! Replaced ac handler and outside unit. We are beachside so they recommended a coastal coated unit. Looks great and works great. We had a small issue after and Richard was there with in 15 minutes to solve the problem. We are very satisfied customers
