My air conditioner stopped working last, and I was impressed with how quickly the issue was addressed. Israel Benitez was my technician, and he was professional, polite, clean, and efficient from start to finish. Israel immediately diagnosed the problem and resolved it by replacing a faulty part and fuse. He didn't rush off after the repair - he stayed to make sure the system was working properly and that everything was working as it should. It's refreshing to encounter a young professional with such a great work ethic and customer-focused attitude. As long as Israel is with your company, I will continue to request him as my technician. I am also very pleased with the company overall, especially the communication throughout the process. I enrolled in the Comfort Membership and already feel it was a worthwhile investment. Thank you, Israel, for providing excellent service!
Dylan came out quick, was professional, clean, thoroughly explained everything and got our system back in action in no time. Super happy and would absolutely use again.
Jesse was Amazing!! Started with the basics and luckily was an easy fix. Jesse then took it upon himself to check the whole system over and make sure everything was in top shape before he was satisfied with saying the job was complete. Very reasonably priced. Jesse went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend this company!
The company was able to get me scheduled the very next day. Customer service representative was very nice. Now let's get to the good part. Austin was a phenomenal technician. The man is very well educated with the whole hvac thing. He gave many tips and tricks to keep the system running. He answered all of my question that I had. Dylan did an amazing job from start to finish. From a technical and thorough multi point inspection to a very detailed analysis of what needed to be done to our AC unit. We had a service scheduled with Del-Air and they rescheduled it because it was a holiday. We were in an emergency situation with our daughter and animals in the house at 87 degrees it was not possible for anyone to get any sleep. After speaking with AI on the phone whit Del-Air I canceled the appointment and found this amazing company who had a real person answer the phone and sent a technician out right away. Dylan arrived with in 2 hours after the scheduled appointment over the phone and got our AC up and running with in minutes of arriving. But instead of just saying ok thanks folks he stayed and did a very thorough inspection and found the underlying issues and also showed us exactly what was happening with photos and detailed documentation. We signed up as members and had him come back the next day to complete the job. As a first time customer and small business owner myself I can say we will never be using another HVAC company again. These guys are the best!! Kind, friendly, honest and professional! Thank you Dylan!
