Several call backs since installation of $19,000 plus system. Many fails of inability to cool, to letting the condensate drip on the concrete patio while installer says thats been happening since invention of AC unit.. well..we have had many AC units overs the years and this is the FIRST time condensate is dripping on the patio, and the unit it replaced did not drip on the patio, the unit for the main house does not drip or run off on the patio (but that was installed by another company) to forgetting to remove shipping packing from unit, to breaking a soapstone bench i’ve had for 10 years: that bench traveled from FL to Jersey back to Fl again without a scrape.
Jessie did an excellent job repairing the AC at my mother's house! He was courteous, respectful, and very thorough. He took the time to clearly explain the issue in a way she could easily understand and made sure the job was done right. The AC is working great, and we truly appreciate his professionalism and quality of work. Highly recommend Jessie and One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating!
Jesse was Amazing!! Started with the basics and luckily was an easy fix. Jesse then took it upon himself to check the whole system over and make sure everything was in top shape before he was satisfied with saying the job was complete. Very reasonably priced. Jesse went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend this company!
From my first initial contact, call Lynn to getting somebody out the same day within a few hours was impressive. Israel is the rep who greeted me at the front door and was intelligent helpful explained everything save me a little money and also sold me a membership. I would say Israel did a fantastic job and is representing the company in a great way. I am a loyal person and am very pleased thus far with the service received and hope to maintain a positive relationship in the future for any business needs. Dylan did an amazing job. We appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. We will recommend this company for anyone that needs ac or heating service. Dylan came back today 6/15/26 and installed the compressor and soft start and our a/c is running great now. Andrew and Carlos came today 6/15/26 and redid our ductwork to make our master bedroom much cooler and reduce the vent that makes me cold in living room. They were very professional and very knowledgeable.
